billion to date\n<\/li>\n<li>Prior to founding Otake Global Capital, he was Senior Vice President of Mitsui Fudosan America, US investment arm of a leading Japanese real estate developer, Mitsui Fudosan where he oversaw Mitsui\u2019s US and European real estate investment portofolio\n<\/li>\n<li>Mr. Otake received a Master\u2019s Degrees in Real Estate and City Planning from Massachusetts process and overseeing disposition activity in addition to corporate strategic planning<\/li>\n<li>Previously, Mr. Makimoto was Managing Director, Acquisitions of Asia Pacific Land overseeing their residential investment fund.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Prior to that, Mr. Makimoto was Chief Investment Officer of daVinci Advisors overseeing its acquisition and asset management departments from 1998 through 2009.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>During that time, he was involved in over \u00a51,449 billion of real estate deals in Japan including approximately \u00a557 billion of residential transactions.
